Babies First Two Years/ Parenting/Co-Parenting
The class for when you realize the nurse doesn’t go home with you.
Don’t know where to start after taking baby home? There are a lot of changes that happen from a newborn to a one and two-year-old. Receive support for them all by taking our 1st & 2nd Year Classes. This free class is offered for Parents- to-be when mom is in the third trimester, or after delivery. All pregnant mothers will receive baby Bucks to use for diapers, wipes, and many other boutique items.
Nutrition
Feel your best inside and out
This class focuses on foods for pregnancy, but this class can be beneficial for (and taken by) absolutely anyone, expecting or not. You are sure to leave with valuable education; Attendees will receive a goody bag of healthy snacks + treats.
Breast Feeding
A Fed Baby is the Best Baby!
We talk about why breastmilk is important, its different stages, and when breastfeeding might not be possible. All pregnant mothers will receive baby bucks to shop in the baby boutique for things like diapers, wipes, clothing and many other items.
Pre & Post Natal Health/Postpartum Mental Health
Baby’s Here, Now What?
This class goes over what to expect from your body after you deliver, when to feed your baby, and those first two weeks at home with baby as well as 1st, 2nd, & 3rd trimester education. This free, class is offered for Parents- to-be when mom is in the third trimester, or after delivery. All pregnant mothers and families will receive baby bucks for our baby boutique for things like diapers, wipes, and many other items.
Duala Taught Labor & Delivery Education
This class is taught by a certified Duala.
This class focuses on preparing your pregnant family for an unmedicated birthing experience. However, if you are still in the decision-making process for your birthing plan, these relaxation and breathing techniques will still be helpful to you, should you choose medication assistance. This free class is offered for parents- to-be when mom is in the third trimester. All pregnant mothers will receive baby bucks for things like diapers, wipes, layettes, and many other items.

General Life Skills Classes
These free classes are taught by trained Eleo Client Advocates, but they can also be taken online. These classes include:

Participants will be given baby bucks to purchase items from our baby boutique. It is mandatory that the first class happens in-house. After the first in-house class the others can be completed on-line. In person classes last approximately 45 min to an hour. Each lesson comes with a spiritual application that is also incentivized. Classes are in English & Spanish.
